Experienced, friendly and highly qualified physios who really care. Sorted out in a few sessions a persistent neck issue I’d had for years that several other physios had failed to correct (or even diagnose properly). The Pilates studio is amazing, and great for supervised rehab as well as strength & fitness classes, with a real sense of community. I love it!

My experience with Pilates Power & Physiotherapy Cronulla where l have been since late 2018has been nothing short of highly caring knowledgeable professional physiotherapists who have helped me make amazing improvements after TKR , from trauma induced knee injury l have loved every moment,as being a Fitness Professional, l am truly challenging, it is never too much for questions & care , l would like to thank Barbara Wood highly experienced in her knowledge & application of individuallytailord care ,main owner, Karina partner in business also highly skilled in providing support plus rehabilitation care love her challenging application, Nikki Scott my specialist in lower limb ,please make your choice for total wellness, you will live a better life being able to function without pain , reduce your fear of falling, with specialised balance exercises, l can't recommend Pilates Power Physio Therapy Cronulla, all staff are very caring a place to feel comfortable & welcome 💙 Marika CartwrightThank all ,can't wait for my sessions 🙏🦋

Very very impressed, I popped in to check it out with an injury and happened to get Barb to have a chat , she is so knowledgeable, takes her time and is very thorough.. booked appointment and for the first time in 6 weeks I walked home with no pain!! Definitely recommend this place for friendly staff and fantastic service. If you are not sure which physio to go to like I was, definitely try here :)

I have been attending this studio for the past few years and successfully received treatment for a range of injuries from a lifetime of surfing and training. Barbara, Karina and team are experts in treating and preventing injuries, and formulating a personalised exercise or rehab program.The state of the art Pilates equipment has enhanced my strength, balance and coordination. Best pilates and physio experience I have ever had!PPP manages to integrate being very professional and clean into a warm and friendly environment. All the staff are highly committed practitioners who engage in regular training to stay at the front of best practice in the industry and are extremely knowledgeable.The studio classes are small enough to get personal attention from the instructors while still being well priced.Going to the studio pilates classes has changed my life. It has improved my core strength and my flexibility. When I entered my 40's I had begun to get minor injuries from doing simple things like swinging a raquet, or even bending down too quickly. Since beginning the pilates studio classess my ability to exercise and participate in physical activites has greatly increased, and I also enjoy these activities more.

Barbara has been great treating my various injuries over the past few years. From lower back pain, knee and shoulder issues she's proven to be very efficient, effective and professional. I highly recommend her services. PPP pilates classes help to keep things moving too... Jillian's mat work classes are excellent. Great for conditioning and strengthening the "core"...
