Here at PPP, we’ve been teaching contemporary Pilates for more than 15 years (and have instructors and clients who’ve been with us that long).
Our Pilates instructors require a minimum of a nationally recognised Pilates Diploma qualification to teach in our studio. Individual attention and instruction are achieved with a Studio group session ratio of max 4 clients per instructor, and Mat class ratio of 8 clients per instructor.
Our spacious studio features the highest quality apparatus where you can be assured of a comprehensive program to challenge you and work towards your individual goals.
Studio Pilates
If you are looking for an individualised program to work on your unique needs, try our Pilates Studio Sessions.
Following an initial 1:1 consultation we will create your own personal program designed to achieve your needs and goals. You can then choose to attend private sessions, duets, or group (max 4 participants) sessions. Our 55 minute sessions incorporate all major Pilates apparatus (including Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Trapeze table and barrels), matwork and small apparatus.
Our sessions are enjoyed by clients of all levels, ages and stages of life, ranging from Pilates beginners to advanced, seniors, professional athletes, new mums and adolescents.
Clothing should be comfortable and easy to move in, and we ask you to bring a clean pair of socks to wear, a towel and your own water bottle.
Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates matwork invigorates and energises the body: improving mind-body focus, stimulating circulation and enhancing body awareness.
Classes are a one-hour full body workout designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body, and importantly build a strong, stable core. We offer small classes of no more than 8 people to ensure we can provide the very best attention and plenty of space for all participants. Pilates matwork is appropriate for non-injured participants only. These classes offer variety and challenge through the use of small equipment such as magic circles, resistance bands, hand and leg weights, foam rollers, and gym/chi balls.
Our classes are “open” level and cater for various levels of experience in all classes. Your instructor will adjust exercises to your fitness level.
You can start mat-work classes at any time. Contact us to ensure space is available in the class you’d like to attend and let us know if you’re a new client so we can discuss your goals and any past injuries or limitations. Please see our Price List for current prices and pack options.

Pregnancy Studio Pilates
During pregnancy it is important to exercise regularly and, most importantly, safely. Commencing or maintaining your Pilates practice during this time can help you to avoid pregnancy-related back and pelvic pain.
How? Pilates will assist in ensuring the optimal function of your pelvic floor muscles and the postural muscles of the lower back and pelvis all of which are challenged during this time. Better still, your Pilates practice throughout pregnancy can assist in a speedier recovery in the post-natal period.
Your pre-natal Pilates needs are best met in our studio sessions where we can provide specific exercises and modifications to meet your individual needs. And providing all is going well, you can participate in Pilates right up to the big day. If you have any concerns, allow our Woman’s Health Physio to assess and guide you through your pre-and post-natal Pilates journey.
During the post-natal period we can assist you in your recovery through continued studio sessions.
