Wherever you are on your recovery, health or fitness journey, we’re here to help you live (or get back to living) your best life.
Think of our core services — Physiotherapy, Clinical Rehabilitation, Pilates & Fitness, Remedial Massage — as a holistic continuum spanning injury to fitness. You can select services relevant to your current level of health and fitness, then progress along the continuum.
As a business, we’ve been teaching Classical Pilates for more than 15 years (and have instructors and clients who’ve been with us that long). Our instructors require a minimum 2-year Diploma qualification to teach in our studios, most having the highly regarded Polestar qualification. Group sizes are limited to 3 or 4 people per instructor. We employ the highest-quality German-made equipment, set in spacious studios. Classes go beyond Reformer-only workouts and include Mat classes and other specialised Pilates techniques and equipment.
Our approach to physiotherapy focuses on a comprehensive clinical assessment to diagnose and address your concerns. Whether you’re dealing with acute discomfort, chronic pain, sports injuries, repetitive stress syndromes, or the persistent challenge of headaches and migraines, we’re here to provide exceptional care.
To complement your clinical rehabilitation or studio pilates sessions, we offer massage therapy to treat muscles that are knotted, tense or immobile. We’re privileged to have Mattias Lock as our resident massage therapist. Matt is a graduate from Loftus TAFE’s renowned Diploma of Remedial Massage program and is incredibly passionate about the benefits of remedial massage. Matt is well-versed in all remedial techniques, including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
Our Clinical Rehabilitation Sessions are for people with a current injury or specific rehabilitation goals and are designed to improve the speed and quality of your recovery. These sessions are also ideal if you need ‘prehab’ prior to a surgery, rehabilitation following a surgery, or you simply want a suitable and safe environment in which to strive for your health goals.
Physio Classes such as Functional Strength, Dynamic Stretch, Hydro-fit, Teens, Super Senior and Pelvic Power Classes are designed to work on addressing specific needs of your body in a professional, safe and caring environment. Join a like-minded community and feel empowered to strive! Limited to 8 participants.
