A class that caters for various levels of ability (not suitable for those with no Pilates matwork experience). Exercise options are given to allow all participants to get an effective and appropriate workout. 60 minute class.

60 minute full body functional circuit-style class run by our physio. Incorporates cardio components

Increase bone & muscle strength. Improve core stability, posture and bending techniques. Ideal for anyone with a chronic spinal condition, Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, or recently had a spinal operation/fusion. Class is run by Physiotherapist, Karina Craig.

Feel tight and stiff? Our Stretch Class is for you! This dynamic stretch and fascia release class using foam rollers and massage balls will have you limbered up in no time.

This water-based class is held at Cronulla Complex. Gentle exercise class led by Nikki Scott, Physiotherapist

This class is for those that might struggle to stand for a full hour class. The class has a mix of seated and standing exercises designed to improve strength, balance and mobility. Suitable for people with osteorarthritis and osteoporosis. A 30 minute initial assessment is required prior to starting the class.

These classes acknowledge the specific challenges of a growing/developing body. Fun class that focuses on healthy body awareness, good alignment, and safe exercise habits, may it be for a recreational or competitive sport.

These classes are run by our Woman’s Health Physiotherapist who creates individualised programs that cater to your specific needs and goals.
All exercises are aimed to address pelvic floor strength and function as well as bone health through resistance work.

DVA - Department of Veterans’ Affairs

We’re proud to offer physiotherapy and clinical rehabilitation services to eligible DVA patients with a Veteran Gold Card or a Veteran White Card for service-related conditions.

You’ll need a referral for Allied Health Services from either your GP, a medical specialist, treating hospital doctor, or hospital discharge planner. Under the Allied Health Services treatment cycle, you’re able to get up to 12 sessions, or 1 year of care, per referral, with no limit on the number of cycles. When we receive your referral, we’ll assess your clinical needs and work with you to develop an effective, personalised treatment plan.
