These classes are run by your Physiotherapists and are ideal if you do not currently have an acute injury but rather feel restricted by weakness or stiffness.
Participant numbers for all Physio Classes are limited to 8 per physiotherapist, which allows for good supervision and movement correction if necessary. These classes are popular as they will keep you feeling safe, motivated, inspired and wanting more.

Functional Strength Classes
In these classes you will move through a strength-based program while following the instructions of your Physiotherapist. All exercises are biomechanically balanced and well designed to develop a strong and capable body which moves you with ease, efficiency, and control.
Our physiotherapists will lead you through a series of challenges and encourage you to execute these with correct techniques and increasing difficulty.
Exercises are performed using dumbbells, resistance band tubing or cables and small exercise steps allowing you to continue working out in your own home or your gym.
It also is an awesome way to maintain or increase your bone density!
Functional Strength Circuit
These Classes are challenging as they move you along an 8-station strength circuit, which is modified each week. In each exercise your Physio will adapt the load or difficulty to the individual’s fitness level.
After a short warm up you will be introduced to the circuit and learn how to perform the exercise correctly. After that it is “ready-set-go!:
90 seconds per exercise and 3 rounds in total (with small breaks) will make you feel challenged, both in your cardio vascular system as well as in your strength endurance.
Don t worry your technique will still be corrected during the class if necessary to keep you confident and safe.
Dynamic Stretch Class
This Dynamic Stretch Class (Fascia Class) is run by a Physiotherapist and great for anyone without acute injuries. It focuses on improving the mobility and health of your connective tissue and tendons!
Hydro-fit
Hydro-fit sessions are held in the 25- meter heated indoor pool at the nearby Cronulla Beach Swim School.
Immersion in warm water naturally relaxes your muscles and alleviates pain, creating an ideal environment for gentle exercise. The water supports your body weight, significantly reducing discomfort and enhancing your joint mobility. Moving against the water’s resistance not only strengthens muscles but also offers therapeutic benefits.
Hydrotherapy is especially beneficial if you are musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, recovering from joint replacement surgery, or experiencing back pain. This treatment is designed to help you heal faster, stay active and improve your overall physical well-being.
Teens Classes
These classes acknowledge the specific challenges of a growing/developing body. Focus as always is on healthy body awareness, good alignment, and safe exercise habits , may it be for a recreational or competitive sport.
Whether your teen is keen to start exercising in a gym or wanting to start lifting weights with friends at home, these classes are perfect to create optimal movement habits and increase safety for any gym environment in the future.
Super Seniors Classes
These Classes are perfect to improve your coordination, balance and strength. They are always fun and social while at the same time increasing confidence to keep moving well into the golden years.
Most of our super seniors are inspiring individuals, determined to keep active and sharing their joy of movement with everyone around them. They are all perfect proof that exercises, given the right environment, sooth mind- body- and soul!
Exercise levels are easily modified for each participant and all moves are be performed in sitting, standing, or both
Pelvic Power Classes
These classes are run by our Woman’s Health physiotherapist who creates individualised programs that cater to your specific needs and goals. These classes are designed for women during Perimenopause, Menopause and Postmenopause.
All exercises are aimed to address pelvic floor strength and function and thereby reduce incontinence, support the bladder, uterus and bowel, improve sexual function and symptoms of prolapse.
Resistance training plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving bone density during perimenopause and menopause. This is especially important because menopause is associated with a decrease in estrogen levels, which can lead to a reduction of bone mass and an increased risk of osteoporosis
Very friendly service and they have been fantastic with my post-natal recovery
