Born and raised in

Salzburg, I travelled extensively before meeting my husband in 1999. We moved to Sydney in 2004 and together we have 2 beautiful girls, I absolutely adore my family.

For 36 years now Physiotherapy has been my passion and helping clients to reduce their pain and become the best version of themselves, is priceless. I also have been lucky to work in various physiotherapy settings and alongside other amazing musculoskeletal Physiotherapists during my career.

In 2014, Karina Craig, (former Director of Pilates Power Cronulla since 2009) and myself founded Pilates Power and Physiotherapy Cronulla or short PPP Cronulla.

Since then, our team and client numbers have more than doubled and we are so proud to work with countless inspiring individuals. Many have been part of the PPP family for up to 12 years!

In my spare time I can be found enjoying the NSW Southcoast (Narooma) with my family or exploring National Parks and Forests nearby on my Mountain Bike or Gravel Bike.

Areas of further post graduate specialisation:

  • Acute and chronic Musculo-skeletal conditions (Mc Kenzie and Mulligan movement approach, and various manual therapy techniques such as Maitland, Kaltenborn and myofascial release)
  • Headache and dizziness (Watson)
  • Scoliosis (Schroth, Scolio-Pilates)
  • Clinical rehabilitation/Pilates (Polestar)
