ONERO™ Program

We’re proud to offer the internationally recognised ONERO™ program, an evidence-based exercise treatment designed to improve bone strength and reduce the risk of fractures. Developed from the renowned LIFTMOR study, ONERO™ combines high-intensity resistance and impact training to stimulate bone growth, enhance muscle strength, and improve balance.

This program is especially beneficial for individuals with low bone mass, including those diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
